CourierJobs is a job board for courier and delivery work. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site and how we handle it.

When you create an account or apply to a role we collect your name, email address and the details you choose to add to your profile, such as your vehicle, coverage area and work history. When you subscribe to job alerts we store your email address and your alert preferences. Like most websites, we also receive basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type in our server logs.

How we use it

We use your information to run the board: showing your applications to the companies you applied to, sending the job alerts you asked for, keeping your account secure and improving the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Your application and profile are shared with the hiring company you applied to. We use service providers for hosting, email delivery and payments; they process data only on our instructions. We may disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for signing in and, where you consent, cookies for analytics. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can update or delete your profile at any time, unsubscribe from alerts with one click, and ask us to export or erase your data by contacting us.
